Booking with us.

We like to do a consultation with new bookings, so that we can get a good understanding of your likes and dislikes. This helps you to get a good visual of the items you choose. These appointments can be between 1-2 hours. A quote is then emailed to you within 3days.

We offer a review consultation of 1hour if required for any changes.

We understand that sometimes you may be unable to attend a face to face meeting. If you would like a quote via email please list all items and quantities you require for your special date and we can get a quote over to you.

If you are happy with your quote and would like to reserve your date, a non-refundable booking fee of 25% of your quote is required. The remaining balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your event.

We are unable to reserve dates until the booking fee has been paid.
